Roaming the Camp

Diamondstar stretched her long white legs out in front of her before letting a yawn escaping her jaws. Her crystal blue eyes blinked against the bright morning light as she stepped out of the leader's den and onto the ledge that overlooked the entire camp.
A happy grin graced her features as she looked down and saw that all was well with her clan. The dawn patrol had already been out and was not coming back, as were the first hunting patrol. Another border patrol would need to be sent out to check the Shadowclan border in a little bit but right now everything was perfect.
It was newleaf and the life was beginning to come back into the ground. The flowers were budding and blooming and the cold bitter winds of winter were now gone and being chased away by the bright sun.
Diamondstar padded down towards the camp floor and lept gracefully into the clearing. Could life get any better than this?

[Who]

The two she-cats that had stationed themselves near the warrior's den, sharing tongues, were blissfully sunning themselves as their leader made her way down to the rest of the camp. As her sister drew her tongue over her side, Ferngaze looked up from where she had been grooming her sister's flank, green eyes keen. Eying the Clan leader she meowed a greeting, " Hello, Diamondstar. " The words must have disturbed her litter-mate, because a moment later, Ivy tail also meowed a soft greeting, her blue eyes momentarily resting on the white leader, "Yes, hello Diamondstar."

With two sets of eyes resting on the leader, two heads, both same and different dipped in her direction.

Some found it odd that the two she-cats were so alike, and never far apart, but it was natural to the two of them. From birth to death, they were assuming that they would never be too far apart. It just wasn't right to separate clan-mates, let alone siblings.[/blockquote][/size][/color][/font]

Diamondstar nodded her head to the two she cats and smiled, approaching them. She had always been fond of Ferngaze and Ivytail. They had such a close bond as sisters that Diamondstar wished she had. But unfortunately for Diamondstar, she had been born as an only kit and didn't have any family left.
"Hello there Ferngaze, Ivytail. How are the two of you today?" She purred happily as her light blue gaze took the two she cats in for a moment longer before glancing away and then back at them once more.
She would need to get a border patrol together for the Shadowclan border soon. Maybe the two she cats would like to go.
Diamondstar hated to disturb them while they were sharing tongues though, maybe she would ask someone else and let the two sisters enjoy the morning.

[Eclipse]

Hawkstorm was outside when he saw Dimondstar, Ivystorm, and Ferngaze. He was sitting and letting the morning sun glitter off his fur creating a slightly lighter look around him. He got up and stretched his back, creating an arch, and then took off to the main area.

He walked up to Dimondstar and sat next to her. "Good morning leader." Hawkstorm said.

[Who]

The two she-cats nodded slightly at the white leader. As Ivytail went back to the rhythmic licking, Ferngaze tilted her golden brown head slightly, and a smile played on her features. " Is something wrong, Diamondstar? You seem distracted." It was a gentle mew, and the way that Ivytail's ear was cocked in the leader's direction, she too was keen on the answer. The appearance of Hawkstorm registered on the the sister's radar, and Ferngaze nodded at the tom. Ivytail finally paused in the continuos licking, a black tail catching her attention.

As Spidertail went back to the medicine cat den, the paler of the two sister turned her head to look at their leader as well, a feint bordom and interest glinting in soft blue eyes. Ivytail turned her head slightly at the quick appearance, and disappearance of the black tom, before turning back to the other she-cat. It was Ivytail who spoke next, " You know, we don't mind stopping what we're doing, right? We we're about to go hunting anyways. The blue eyes were colder than her litter-mates, but still held a flicker of the same interest as her kin.

Diamondstar smiled at the two she cats and rose back to her paws, before answering them.
"If you two would like to go on the Shadowclan border patrol that would be great. You can hunt on the way back, if you like." She replied, turning her head to look at Hawkstorm.
"Hello Hawkstorm, would you like to go on the border patrol with Ferngaze and Ivytail?" She questioned the tom.
Diamondstar knew that she would feel a little better if the patrols were bigger just in case they found the fox they had scented on their territory only a day ago.
"Also, could you all keep an eye out for any new scents or sights of the fox. I want to make sure it doesn't have a den in our territory." She replied, worry slight clouding her gaze.

[Eclipse]

Hawkstorm nodded and stepped over next to the two she-cats. He looked at them with his copper eyes and his fur bristled in a slight breeze that wafted over them. "Shall we leave?" He asked the two she-cats. Hawkstorm started walking even before they started to come with him. Hawkstorm's shiny coat glistened a bit and he shot behind a tree. Was there something? No, there wasnt. Hawkstorm sighed in relieve.
