Ghoststep
{Prefix= His white fur, with faded ginger markings around his eyes, gives him a faded look, like a ghost.
Suffix= Despite him being quite a large cat, he's quite light on his paws, which hide quite long claws.
The Basics:
Name: Ghoststep
Gender: Tom
Age: 34 Moons
Rank: Warrior
Clan: ShadowClan
Basic Description:
A large white tom with faded markings around his blue eyes. He lost half his tail to a bad experience with the thunderpath.
Appearance:
Ghoststep is muscular, and his frame is built to bear the weight of it. He's not small cat, and he often enjoys flaunting it. His coat, which for the most part, is white, is short, but not all that thin despite appearances. His tail, which was half destroyed by a monster, has gray rings around it, and around his pale blue eyes, he has faded ginger markings. Along his right shoulder, he bears several scars that aren't all that pleasant to look at, but are nothing more than cosmetic. He may not be fleet as the wing, but he is deceptively light on his feet, a skill he has honed since he was a young apprentice.
Personality:
Loyalty
Ghoststep, like most Clan cats, is loyal to the point of death. Then again, it's ingrained into you since kit-hood. He would lie down his life if was ordered to, to preserve the Clan. Any scent or taste of a traitor, or, StarClan forbid, kittypet, and his personality towards them would do a one eighty. He, as a rule of thumb of all Clan cats, cannot abide a stray or kittypet living in his Clan. Needless to say, that he's quite opinionated about certain members of the Clan.
Opinionated
Despite his loyalty and love for his Clan, he's quite headstrong about his opinions. He has no trouble voicing them loudly and strongly, and often causing quite a bit of strife in the Clan if it comes to it. He has the mindset that he's right until proven wrong, and if you're going to challenge his correctness, you had better be willing to back it up.
Pride
Ghoststep is also a very proud cat. He's not all that willing to be second fiddle to anyone, and it puts a kink in his tail when he is. When he's injured, if it's just a minor scratch, then he, like most cats takes care of it himself. However, even for a major injury, he's still very reluctant to go see the med-cat. To him, to admit to an injury is admit to a weakness, and that is something that he simply cannot abide by.
Temper
He's also a very temperamental cat, often in a tizzy over something that isn't such a big issue. If he thinks that he's been insulted, directly or not, it's probably a safe idea to watch your back. He's not known for letting things go easily, and if you're going to simply walk away, in his mind, you had better think again.
Meet the Family!
-Mother's Name - Ferngaze - deceased
-Father's Name - Stormgaze - Deceased
-Sibling Names - Crowfur - Deceased
- Mate - Nightflower - Alive
My Heart beats for:
Nightflower
The Offspring:
None
History:
He was born a Clan cat, with only one other sibling, the bigger of the two kits. From a very young age, Ghoststep was very adventurous, and often got he and his brother in quite a bit of trouble. Still, his mother couldn't deny that he was a quick, mentally, little kit, who often found great joy in solving problems. A good thing, since he was always in trouble.
As he grew, he quickly outgrew his brother, and most of the other apprentices, much to his delight. They, learned very quickly to run as fast as they could if he was on their tails. This presented a problem to him. If he couldn't catch them, then he couldn't give them a good smack for what they had said or done. When he was taught how to hunt, he applied his knowledge to said problem. He often practiced every time he walked, keeping his paws silent on the ground.
When he was made a warrior, he was thrilled, as all cats are, and gladly joined the ranks of the warriors of the Clan. Of course, months later, when he was given an apprentice, the first tendril of fear and doubt entered his mind. What if he screwed this up? Luckily he didn't and the apprentice became quite a talented young warrior. Unfortunately, he was killed by greencough, later that winter, after recovering from a wound. Ghoststep grieved, and learned to move on, after all, you can't pine your life away.
Kit-Hood
He was born to the Clan, and often caused trouble for his mother and the other queens. One case led to a grand adventure, where he dared his brother to cross the thunderpath. Needless to say, he didn't get to go anywhere for quite awhile.
Apprenticeship
As he grew into a large, yet lanky apprentice, much to his delight, he was often found practicing keeping his paws light on the ground. For hunting, as well as for sneaking up on others, who are much lighter and faster than he.
Warrior/Medicine Cat-Hood
After being made into a warrior, a few months later, he was given an apprentice. The young cat became a fine warrior, but later died due to greencough, while recovering from a nasty wound from a fight about borders. He also remembers the current deputy being made into an apprentice, a warrior, and her current position. Needless to say, he wasn't thrilled that older and more accomplished warriors were over looked.
