Basic Description: Nightjade is a former rogue, mysterious and sly. She has a black pelt and blue-green eyes. Nightjade isn't very smart, but she has a sense of humor. Her dominant traits are bravery and stubborness. [/center]

Appearance:
Nightjade has long legs and a long tail. Her muscles are average. She has inky black fur. Nightjade's eyes are bluish green, and when it's sunny, brighter spots are visible, creating a sort of multi-faceted look. She has a dark grey patch on her tail.

Personality:
LOYAL:
Nightjade is very loyal, it's true. She would do anything for her Clan, so she has never considered having a mate outside of ShadowClan. She is loyal to Poppystar, and no other leader. Loyalty is one of Nightjade's dominant traits.

RECKLESS!
Nightjade is one of the most reckless cats in the Clans! She knows that some of the risky things she does are very dangerous to her and really could get her into trouble with Poppystar. But she doesn't care very much about her own safety, though sometimes she can resist the lure of risk. However, Nightjade would never do anything that would cause her Clan any trouble.

History:
Nightjade was born a rogue. Not much is known about that time in her life, and Nightjade never saw her father. Her mother, Jade, died when she was 5 moons old. Alone and abandoned, she was near death when a ShadowClan cat found her in the snow. The cat brought her to ShadowClan territory, where she was nursed back to health. Poppystar named her Nightpaw for her black pelt.

Nightpaw had lots of friends when she was an apprentice, especially Nightflower and Nightfang, her best friends. When she was given her warrior name, Nightpaw asked to have "jade" as her suffix, in honor of her mother. Nightjade became one of the most loyal and fierce warriors in her clan. Eventually, she became the deputy because of that. Her loyalty has never wavered since.

Nightjade still remembers, and is grateful, to the unknown ShadowClan cat who rescued her when she was alone that cold, snowy winter night.

Kit-Hood
Nightjade doesn't remember much from her kithood. She only has one memory; of her mother's death. She doesn't remember her father at all.

Apprenticeship
Nightjade's apprenticeship was pretty good. Her mentor praised her for her speed and agility, and she passed the final assessment spetacularly, catching a HUGE[/b] snake.

Warrior-Hood
When Nightjade was a warrior, she often got into trouble for her recklessness. However, her strong loyalty and determination made her deputy.

Leadership
Nightjade knows she will be leader someday, if she survives. She is determined to become Nightstar. She would never kill Poppystar to be leader, though.
